Appointments

Our clinics are open from 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday for scheduled appointments and ReadyCare visits.  Phones are answered beginning at 7:30 am.

In addition, Brooklyn Park and Maple Grove are open until 5 pm - 8 pm Monday through Thursday evenings for ReadyCare visits.  Maple Grove is also open Saturdays and Sundays 8:30-12:30 for ReadyCare.  No appointments are needed for ReadyCare visits (simple illness or injury).

Click on the link at the end of each site information to send us an on-line request for a future appointment.  A member of our scheduling staff will contact you within two business days (Monday through Friday) with an appointment date and time. 

Note: Appointments for today or tomorrow, flu shots or lab only visits must be made by phone.
