A balanced diet is a really important part of your life.  Sometimes it can be confusing to choose the right foods and the right amount.  Whether you're an athlete who needs to take in a higher amount of calories to balance your activity level, or you're concerned that you may be overweight, our providers can help you.  Start with a visit to your primary care provider at PIP.  He or she may then recommend that you see our dietician.

Exercise is also an important part of a healthy lifestyle. If you have questions of how much or how intense exercise should be, speak to your PIP provider or look at some of the resources listed below.
