If your child needs a refill of a prescription medication, please contact the
pharmacy where the prescription was originally filled. If necessary, the pharmacy
will contact your child's provider for authorization to refill the medication.

REFILLS FOR ADHD MEDICATIONS: If your child needs a refill of a prescription for ADHD, please
contact the ADHD coordinator at the PIP clinic where your child is normally seen
AT LEAST FIVE BUSINESS DAYS before needed. Click here for a letter you can print out with
