Already this year, Partners in Pediatrics has fulfilled its first New Year’s resolution—to make sure there are providers available to see your children when they need to be seen. We have been busy and three new providers have joined us to kick off 2005.
Shabnam Barnhart, MD, joins us after a stint in the Children’s Healthcare Emergency Department in Minneapolis.
Dr. Barnhart grew up in Indiana. She graduated from Ball State University with a Bachelors in biology. She attended medical school at Indiana University where she met her husband. She then completed her pediatric
residency at the University of Minnesota.
Dr. Barnhart will see patients at various PIP offices.
Danielle Semling,
PA-C, joins us after doing a physician assistant internship at PIP. Ms. Semling grew up in Brooklyn Park. She completed her Bachelor of Science degree in exercise and sport science at the College of St. Catherine in St. Paul.
After working in the field of physical therapy for a few of years, she decided to go back to school and completed her Master of Science degree in physician assistant studies from Augsburg College in Minneapolis. She is a member of the Minnesota Academy of Physician Assistants as well as the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
Ms. Semling lives in Ramsey with her husband and yellow labrador, Bailey. She enjoys spending time with her family, running, golfing and reading.
Ms. Semling sees patients at our Brooklyn Park office.
Hannah Wilhelm joins Partners in Pediatrics after working for several years in the Twin Cities area.
Ms. Wilhelm grew up near the Twin Cities in Princeton. She then moved to
Moorhead, Minnesota, where she graduated from Concordia College with biology and
history majors. She completed her physician assistant training at Augsburg College. She worked in family practice for a year and one-half before joining Partners in Pediatrics.
Ms. Wilhelm will be seeing patients in our Plymouth office. |
