The Plymouth Clinic has relocated to the Children’s Minnesota Specialty Center in Minnetonka, at 6060 Clearwater Drive. Beginning September 9, our new clinic name is Children’s Minnesota Partners in Pediatrics – Minnetonka Clinic. Get your child’s flu shot at an upcoming Cub Pharmacy mobile clinic! Dates are available at several Partners in Pediatrics locations in September and October. Children’s Minnesota is partnering with UCare, Children’s Health Network and Cub Pharmacy to provide this service. Appointments are required. Get details on flu clinic dates and locations.
Children’s Minnesota and Partners in Pediatrics primary care clinics are no longer accepting new patients aged 18+. Existing patients will need to transition to adult care by age 22.
